The property features illuminated Raffinato steps leading between terraces, creating seamless transitions. A "starlight ceiling" over the pool area adds drama and captures the client’s vision of bringing indoor-outdoor luxury to life. Mika pavers with integrated lighting provide a starry-night effect underfoot, enhancing ambiance throughout the space. Fire pits anchor multiple gathering areas, while a putting green, spacious parking area, and outdoor kitchen round out the design, making it perfect for entertaining on any scale.
