To achieve this vision, the design prioritized functionality and flow. The contractor incorporated areas for relaxation, such as a heated pool with a sunbed and lounge chairs, while ensuring practical spaces like the basketball court and artificial turf for sports. Every detail was designed to bring the resort feel to life while being family-friendly.
Luxury Meets Practicality
The project includes a 2,000-square-foot backyard featuring a fiberglass heated pool with a waterfall, sunbed, and bar. A basketball court, artificial turf, and a modern pergola with movable shading, a fireplace, a TV, and rainfall accents add both style and functionality. In-Lite lighting embedded in the flooring creates a magical ambiance for nighttime use.
